SAME DAY SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES:
Fullerton, CA Warehouse: 1pm PST
Hazleton, PA Warehouse: 1pm EST
Get your orders in before 1pm to benefit from same day shipping.
Keep in mind, longer shipping hours are available on FedEx orders from our California Warehouse.
FedEx 9pm pickup gives us a few extra hours to process orders, and occasionally ship some orders received after our 1pm cutoff time.
ATTENTION SCREEN PRINTERS & EMBROIDERERS:
- Please examine merchandise before decorating.
- Under no circumstances will merchandise be returned if altered, embellished, dyed or processed.
- All Tiflee Tradex Company products are ready for discharge printing. Due to various mechanical procedures, environment and/or chemicals used could cause differences in results. This is considered normal. Please inform your customers accordingly.
- All International web sales, must have a matching bill to and ship to address, or the order can not be processed.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY: The customer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes or import fees charged by the recipient's country.
With shipping Internationally, we require that you have your own shipping account(s) and handle your own shipping and importing. This means we will facilitate packaging your order in our warehouse but you are responsible for researching and choosing your own shipping method. You will be responsible for paying your own Shipping Costs, Import Duties, and Import Taxes to your country, along with any Brokerage Fees and additional fees that you may incur. This can be very expensive.

Tiflee Tradex Co. uses Fed Ex Ground for all "standard shipping" of online orders unless otherwise noted.
STANDARD GROUND:
Order Processing Time: 1-4 business days
Shipping Time: 2-10 business days
Total Order Delivery Period: 2-15 business days
Days are calculated on business days which are considered Monday through Friday and exclude Federal Holidays within the United States.

Order Cancellations
Our warehouse begins processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, cancellations are not always possible once an order has been placed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form below or email us at info@tifleetradex.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If the order has already shipped, you are welcome to return the items once they are received. Please note that due to our quick fulfillment process, many orders are shipped before cancellations can be processed.
